1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (‘’Terms’’) govern your access to and use of CVCosmos websites, services, e-mail or other type of communications and applications (collectively the ‘’Service’’). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. All products and services are delivered by CVCosmos electronically and you can access your profile and data from your profile page. CVCosmos is not responsible for any technical delays beyond our control. If your spam blocker blocks our emails from reaching you or you do not provide a valid email address where you can be reachable then you shall update the information from your profile page or contact us directly.

For the use of this website, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old. You must use this Site in accordance with the law and following the Terms. It is strictly prohibited to make any use of the Site for misleading or speculative purposes that could cause a malfunction in the provision of services.

CVCosmos is not responsible for incorrect insertion of personal information by the user during the use of our website. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit including all necessary rights to upload your Content for use in accordance with these Terms.

In connection with providing the Service, we may modify or adapt your Content in order to share it with the Associated parties (Universities and Job recruiters) over computer networks and/or make the necessary changes to your Content to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media.

You agree that part of your personal information will be shared with partner sites or partner vendors as they appear on the CVCosmos site or as you have specified in detail using the CVCosmos Site, including your name, address, telephone number, email address you used when registering, and any other information required for the provision of CVCosmos Site services.

B. User restrictions and responsibility

You agree not to post Content that: (i) may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal; (ii) may create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property; (iii) seeks to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise; (iv) may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort; (v) contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable; (vi) contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party’s trade secrets); (vii) contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; or (viii) contains any information or content that you know is not correct and current. You agree that any Content that you post does not and will not violate rights of any kind, including without limitation any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject and/or remove any Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

You must also not attempt to do the following:

International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content

Any of the aforementioned violations could result to your exclusion from the provided Services and to your account being suspended. You agree to restore and indemnify CVCosmos., its managers, directors, employees and associates for any losses, damages or costs (including legal costs) caused by any claim against CVCosmos arising out of or related to an act of yours which violates any of the aforementioned restrictions of these Terms.

We reserve the right at all times, but are not obligated, to remove or refuse to share any Content on the Service including your Content. 3. Your account

You must provide us with accurate information when you create your CVCosmos account. Any harm or mental or moral suffering caused by the provision of inaccurate personal information is the exclusive responsibility of the user and/or the entity and/or the agent performing the operation on its behalf.

Your CVCosmos account gives you access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of users or organizations. If you connect to CVCosmos with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your login credentials for that service. You may never use another user’s account without permission.

CVCosmos does not process any order payments through the Site. All payments are processed securely through a third party online payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wire Transfer). You are solely responsible for any transaction with CVCosmos and with other users of the Site.

5. Disclaimer

The Site's products and services (including price pre-payment) are presented without prior control by CVCosmos. The presentation of these products is not a recommendation or assessment by the company regarding the nature of the product or services, their characteristics and quality.

CVCosmos and its executive team, directors, employees, managers and partners have no responsibility for:

• your privacy in third party links online and the information provided by you and published by CVCosmos for the services offered to other third parties/clients/users
• any unreasonable, criminal or offensive conduct of third parties from whom the product or services have been purchased through the CVCosmos Site.
• any damages or losses caused by your decision concerning the purchase of a product or service provided by CVCosmos, including the case of bankruptcy of the company.
• any damages or losses caused to products, data or services that the CVCosmos Site provides to the customer through third parties, including the case of bankruptcy of the aforementioned third parties and the case of failure to comply with the terms of any transaction.
• any damages or losses resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of our Services or your CVCosmos account and the information contained therein.
• any infringement of intellectual property or moral rights or violation of the use of third party trademarks by a user registered on the CVCosmos Site.
• any misspellings, inaccuracies, pricing or user-hidden information derived from content not created by CVCosmos and its directors/managers.
• any damages or losses caused by the content of any third-party websites which are included as links or references in this Site. Any reference to other websites is provided only for the convenience of the users of this website.

Any violation of the law caused by the user on the CVCosmos site is the sole responsibility of the user.

The content of this website belongs exclusively to CVCosmos Ltd. It is protected by the applicable copyright provisions, and by national and international regulations. It is prohibited to perform any modification or further reproduction, copying, distribution, processing, resale, creation of derivative works, or to mislead the public about the real provider of this website.

The word CVCosmos and any other trademark including the word "CVCosmos", whether it be a trademark that contains exclusively text/lettering, or a trademark in the form of a design and/or graphic design, is a trademark of the CVCosmos and is part of its ownership and the company retains all relevant rights thereon. All trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their legitimate beneficiaries.

All materials, Site contents, systems and Site-specific algorithms are the sole property of CVCosmos LtD and/or are used under the explicit permission of their respective owners.

Accordingly, strictly prohibited are the following:

8. Modification of Terms of Service

CVCosmos has the right at any time to amend or renew the above Terms for the use of this Site, with effect for the future without creating an obligation to inform the users.
